From the beautiful warm weather of the Jerez (a Sherry region) of Southern Spain. Ximénez-Spínola began in 1729 and has always made wine exclusively from the Pedro Ximenez varietal. These grapes are hand-picked and laid on mats in between the vineyard rows to slowly dehydrate. Aged in French oak, this sweet wine is balanced with a hint of nuttiness, stone fruit wonderful weighty mouth feel.
