Ottomani was born in 2006 as a four friends’ project. Slowly, but steadily, they set up a little farm for the production of wine and olive oil. Working with biodynamical techniques of cultivation and winemaking. Harvest exclusively by hand and spontaneous fermentation in concrete tanks.
