Located in the Twenty Valley area, this beautiful tucked-away winery is focused on appassimento-style wines similar to ones from the Veneto Region. When the grapes are ripened, they are hand harvested and placed on racks to naturally air dry until their weight is reduced to half, which can take between 2 and 3 months. This Petit Verdot offers intense notes of dark preserved and jammy berry fruits, and has a great balance between acidity, tannin, and oak.
