The Raw series at Big Head Winery in Niagara-on-the-Lake promotes an unfiltered, wild fermented and low intervention approach. This Chenin Blanc has a wonderful complexity, carrying notes of citrus and tropical fruits with tones of chamomile, ginger and honey. It offers some residual sugar and is best served at slightly cooler than room temperature. Beautiful with rich dishes, fish, and herbs.
