Over two short decades, Benjamin Bridge has distinguished itself as Canada's premier sparkling wine house, located in the Gaspereau Valley of Nova Scotia. Piquette, aka "farm workers wine", is typically a low ABV, slightly carbonated wine made by soaking the spent grape pomace in water. A cascade of fresh ruby grapefruit and lavender tree aroma. A palate of crisp citrus, touch of delicate sea salt and hops.
At this time, orders are limited to local delivery in the Niagara region, and for pickup at Dispatch on select days. There is a minimum order value of $40, and no delivery fee.
