A zippy white blend with a splash of Chardonnay, all hand picked on the same day. The grapes were de-stemmed, spent three days on skins and were pressed in tank for a slow natural ferment.

At this time, orders are limited to local delivery in the Niagara region, and for pickup at Dispatch on select days. There is a minimum order value of $40, and no delivery fee.
