Made from The Roost’s own Siegerrebe, an aromatic German varietal that’s quick ripening and fairly cold-tolerant. Floral and fresh with a hint of biscuit. Unfiltered, hand-bottled and hand written. Coming from a very exciting winery in The Blue Mountains of Southern Georgian Bay, Ontario.
