This is a purposely-made rosé made from 80% Pinot Noir and the rest evenly split between Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. A lighter hue in the glass, understandable considering the vintage, with aromas of fresh-crushed red berries and subtle herbs. It’s delicious on the palate with depth, light tannins and a range of raspberries, cherries and cranberries with a nervy finish.
At this time, orders are limited to local delivery in the Niagara region, and for pickup at Dispatch on select days. There is a minimum order value of $40, and no delivery fee.
