A premium Italian craft beer, sourcing most ingredients from their brewery farm. The first 100% Italian beer made with water from the Maritime Alps, malted barley from Basilicata and Marche, hops from their fields in Piozzo, yeast grown at their laboratory and a few Italian spices. Nora is named after the families mother and pays respect to her Berber and Arabic heritage. This Spiced "Egyptian" Ale uses ginger, myrrh and khorasan wheat (a cereal that was discovered in Egypt in the ‘50s).
