Tender advieh-spiced chicken thighs accompanied by our house made tahini garlic sauce (toum), pickled beets, sumac onions, 1 romaine heart, 4 Turkish pita rolls (Bazlama).
To serve, simply heat the chicken in a toaster oven until hot and then slice. Or simply slice while cold and toss in a pan until hot. Heat the bread up in the oven. Slice in half and create pockets. Slice lettuce.
Arrange all components on a platter and serve. Enjoy with a lovely bottle of wine.
