Riesling, Seyval Blanc, & Sauvignon Blanc
This is an exciting new project out of Guelph using grape juice from the 2018 and 2019 vintages, which were then co-fermented on Viognier and Dolgo crabapple skins. A beautiful bridge between two different fruits, offering layers of textures and bright aromatics.
