Las Fincas Thailand Phu Tub Berk G1 Coffee

Thailand is a country proud of their culture, including their cuisine and its authentic ingredients. Thai coffee is of very high quality and there are no coffee imports allowed. Only 1% of Thailand’s coffee is used for export, making these coffee beans from the Pho Tub Berk mountain regions rare and so delicious. The area is home to the Hmong Tub Berk village where this coffee is produced by the 35 small holder farmers. The coffee is processed at the White Stone mill, where it is de-pulped and fermented for 36 hours.
