Musakhan is considered to be Palestine's national dish, but can be found in other countries within the Levant. Traditionally it is taboon bread, sumac, onions, roast chicken and toasted pine nuts. It is a dish typically eaten with one's hands.
Our interpretation consists of our chicken and sumac sausage, Ekmek (Turkish flat bread) and a fennel preserve.
