Inspired by a classic South American drink, the pisco sour, which became popular in Chile and Peru in the early 1920s. Our Dispatch twist uses tart local grape juice, spent herb stems from the kitchen, and pandan (a key ingredient to many sweet and savoury Indian dishes). Shake and serve over ice, garnish with grated nutmeg or cinnamon.
