A true expression of Sake terrior. Sawaya Matsumoto was established in 1791 in Kyoto, Japan. The current master brewer believes in simplicty in ingredients and that the value and quality are in the rice and where its grown. This style is produced using Gohyakumangoku rice, which creates a sake with orchard fruit and melon. Very light and easy drinking with a slight spritz.
