A true expression of Sake terroir. Sawaya Matsumoto was established in 1791 in Kyoto, Japan. The current master brewer believes in simplicity in ingredients and that the value and quality are in the rice and where it is grown. This style is produced using Gohyakumangoku rice, which creates a sake with orchard fruit and melon. Very light and easy drinking with a slight spritz.
