XO is a umami rich sauce originating from Hong Kong. Our seafood XO is a mixture of dried anchovies, dried shrimp, dried scallop, pork belly, dried kanpachi, onions, garlic, chili, crispy shallots all cooked out in harvested kanpachi fat.
Use it to season homemade ramen, or toss through wokked greens. A little bit to season a rice bowl is also fantastic. A little goes a long way.
