A true collaboration between Stoke & Dispatch. Niagara strawberries and watermelon are harvested at the peak of their season before being fermented with Rosewood honey, then blended with a variety of chilies ranging in flavour and ferocity, all smoked over fruit wood.
Perfect with eggs, grilled meats, fish and vegetables.
