Produced up in Prince Edward County, the fledgling is a five apple blend with McIntosh, Jersey Mac, Empire, Spartan and Sillness from the Field Bird orchard. They barrel fermented each variety and blended together for bottle conditioning.
Big, soft bubbles, deeply layered apple notes flowing into a medium-long almost earthy finish. The Fledgling is something special. Throw some stubbies in a bucket with ice and have your own adventure.
